Mainly to test the waterproof performance of products (such as IP65 and IP67 grades)

Mainly to check the product operation and performance under high temperature/low temperature conditions.
The working environment temperature is set to +60℃, humidity 70%R.H; low temperature is set to -20℃, start the incubator, perform various function operations on the sample every 2 hours and check whether the test sample function and display are normal.
The continuous operation time is 6 hours. After the test is completed, no abnormal appearance and structure are considered qualified.
Mainly to test the corrosion resistance of metal materials. Distilled water and sodium chloride are used to make 5% salt water, the temperature of the test chamber is sealed and set to 35°C, the temperature of the saturator is 37°C, and the continuous operation time is 12 hours. After standing at room temperature for 2 hours, check the appearance, no rust is qualified.
Mainly to test the bare metal resistance to fall.
Need to test 1 corner and 6 sides of the machine. The drop height depends on the product standard. For example, the drop height of a rugged industrial pc is 1.2 meters. The test sequence is back-right-front-front-left-top-bottom. The test is conducted in two rounds.
Mainly to test the impact resistance of the machine.
The running speed of the roller is set to 6 times/Min, and the test is for 50-100 cycles. After completion, check that the casing and the fastening parts are not deformed, damaged, or loose.
Mainly to test the anti-vibration degree of bare metal.
10~50~10Hz is a cycle, the amplitude is 3mm, and the vibration is 1 hour.
Mainly to check the life of the machine shaft.Mainly to check the life of the machine shaft.
The shaft needs to be tested 20,000 times in total, and the strength, flexibility and tightness of the shaft are checked every 2000 times. After the test, the function of the product is normal, the structure of the shaft is not damaged, and the rotation force of the shaft meets the product specifications.
Mainly to check the screen strength.
The weight of the ball impacting the steel ball is 64g, and it falls freely from 110cm to the center of TP 3 times.
Mainly to check the life of keys.
Test standard: button strength 250N, button speed 45~60 times per minute, pressing time 0.2 seconds, each button test 30K times (handheld test 100K times), check every 5k times.
Mainly to check the plug life of the interface.
Plug and unplug each interface 3K times. Check whether the function is OK every 500 times in the boot mode.
Mainly to check the degree of friction of plastic and hardware spray, silk screen and pad printing.
The number of frictions for each product on the testing machine is 30 laps. After the test is completed, check that the coating of the test piece has no deoiling, and it is qualified if there is no exposed bottom.
Mainly to test the product's anti-ESD interference ability.
Under the product startup mode, perform static anti-interference tests in several modes of playing music and turning on the camera function. The contact discharge test voltage is +/-4KV, and the non-contact discharge test voltage is +/-8KV.
Mainly to contrast chromatic aberration under various light sources.
It is mainly used to inspect the degree of wear of the coating of plastic and hardware spraying, silk screen and pad printing.
